To change your country on Battlefy, you’ll first need to update it on both algs.ea.com and ea.com. Follow these steps:
1. Update your country on EA’s website
Go to algs.ea.com and log in with the EA account linked to your Battlefy account.
Click your name in the upper-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Select EA Account Settings.
In your Regional Settings, update your country and click Save.
2. Update your region on ALGS settings
Return to algs.ea.com
Click ALGS Settings from the menu.
Scroll down to Region, update your country again, and hit Save.
3. Refresh your Battlefy account
Go to Battlefy.com/algs.
Click your name in the upper-right corner.
Select Refresh from the dropdown.
After refreshing, check your team page to confirm your country has been updated.
If you still don’t see the new country, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower-right corner of this page.
