A user will see this error message whenever their First & Last name is missing from their account settings on algs.ea.com
To correct this issue, the user will need to do the following:
Go to algs.ea.com
Log into EA Account
Click profile
Account Settings
Add First & Last Name
Return to https://battlefy.com/algs and try again
If the warning persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
