A user will see this error message whenever their EA Account email address has not been verified on EA.com
To correct this issue, the user will need to do the following:
Go to EA.com
Log into EA account
Under About Me, click Edit next to Email Address
Send another verification email and click the link in the email
Return to the Battlefy ALGS Portal
Click the dropdown on your name in the upper right, then click Refresh
If the warning disappears, then all is good.
If the warning persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
