A user will see this error message whenever they have revoked Battlefy's Access to their EA Account.
To correct this issue, the user will need to do the following:
Click on dropdown
Click Manage
Click Connections, Disconnect the EA account
Relink EA account
Return to https://battlefy.com/algs
Go to EA.com
Log into EA account
Check the Connections Tab shows Battlefy
If the error persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
