A user will see this error message whenever they have arrived on Battlefy first before registering for the ALGS Program on algs.ea.com
To correct this issue, the user will need to do the following:
Go to algs.ea.com
Log into the EA Account
Click the Register button
Fill out all fields
Reminder: Enter First & Last Name and ALGS Username in plain English
No special characters
Return to https://battlefy.com/algs and Create or Join a team
If the warning persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
