How to make and join Mobile Legends Custom Lobby in a tournament as a player.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang custom lobbies have gotten a refresh on Battlefy, with hosting and joining being easier than ever with the help of the MLBB Tournament Tool! In this article we will cover how to use the new MLBB integration on Battlefy.

Before the match + determining the host

Read tournament rules

There are several options for determining a lobby host for MLBB, such as left/right side, winning/losing team, admin hosts, a coin flip, etc. Please check the rules before each tournament to know what to expect and be ready. Please note that the host may alternate in a best of X series.

Go to match

The action will get started on Battlefy Match page. Click here to learn more about Battlefy Match Pages.

Once you join the match, the top section will guide you, just follow the steps, from left to right.

Coin flip

If the coin flip option is chosen by the organizer to determine the host, you will see a prompt to flip the coin. Any player can do this, and repeating the flip will always show the same results to ensure that there is no attempt to reroll the flip.

Hosting a lobby (read more)

If you are chosen to host lobby, your top section will look like this:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Press "Create game" on Battlefy - it will take you to the MLBB Tournament Tool

  2. Press "Create game" on the MLBB Tournament tool

  3. Create the lobby by pressing the button or scanning the QR code

  4. You will be redirected to the MLBB app. Please do not leave the lobby until the game is finished.

After you created the lobby, follow these steps:

  1. Return to the MLBB tournament tool

  2. Copy the Lobby ID

  3. Return to Battlefy match page and paste the lobby ID, it will be immediately shared with other players

  4. Play the match

  5. Return to Battlefy to report the score

Joining a lobby (read more)

If you are not hosting the game, you'll be prompted to wait until admin or host create a

Once the lobby is created, you will see that the button activate. After button activation, follow these steps:

  1. Press 'Enter Lobby' button - it'll take you to the MLBB Tournament Tool

  2. Use the new QR code or button on the MLBB Tournament Tool to join the lobby

  3. You will be redirected to the MLBB app to play the game

  4. Once the game is completed, return to Battlefy and report the score
