How do I check when my matches are scheduled?

On an event page, see the Schedule tab under Overview.
Ladder - you must Search for an Opponent during the matchmaking window (4h).
Elimination - be ready to play as soon as the bracket starts and watch for Critical Notifications.

What happens if my opponent doesn’t show up?
There is a Match Check-in process. If your opponent is away after they checked in, Report a Match Issue, and an admin will assist you.

Collect any proof you have (screenshots / video), click Report a Match Issue, and an admin will assist you.

How do I receive tournament alerts?
To ensure you receive tournament day notifications, navigate to https://battlefy.com/settings and ensure "I want sounds to play when new matches, and match checkins are ready." is enabled.
Can I change my in-game name after I’ve registered?
You must ensure your registration details are correct before the tournament begins.
Navigate to the battlefy.com/fc-pro-mobile hub, then click your name in the top right corner.
You may update registration fields that are not locked.
