Score Confirmation is set during the creation of a bracket:

This is a one-time setting that cannot be changed after you finish creating the bracket.

Admins can Cancel the Score Confirmation in any match and skip their countdown.

Resolving a Match Issue will not set a Match Score and instead have the Match Page in a state where the score is reported but no winner is set.

Admins must manually resolve this by reporting the correct score according to the complaint raised by the participant.
