Check-in

  • Check-in opens 90 minutes before Friday's first round and closes 30 minutes before it.

  • Any rostered member can check the team in from the tournament page.

  • Teams that miss check-in are replaced by eligible waitlisted teams before the bracket locks.

Playing your matches

  1. Your match page shows your opponent, the scheduled time and the match chat.

  2. Map veto runs on the platform; follow the on-screen veto steps with your opponent.

  3. Create or join the lobby as the match page instructs, play the series (all matches are best of 3), and report the score on the match page.

  4. Both teams confirm the score, and the bracket advances automatically.

If something goes wrong

  • Click Report Match Issue on your match page. Score reporting locks and a private chat with an admin opens.

  • On game days an admin responds in well under two minutes on average.

  • Keep evidence ready: a screenshot of the result or error, the match history link, or a clip timestamp.

  • If your opponent has not shown up, the no-show grace period is 10 minutes from the scheduled start; report it through the same button.

Daily schedule

Friday has one round in the evening. Saturday carries up to three rounds, Sunday two or three, and when the bracket needs a deciding round it is played Monday evening, so the teams still in contention play the qualifying match rested.
