How to Edit Event Lineup

Only the team captain can edit the lineup, and it must be set separately for each event.

Your team roster and your event lineup are two different things. The roster is everyone on your team; the lineup is who is actually playing (or coaching) for one specific event.

Every event needs its own lineup set. Adding someone to one event's lineup does not add them to another event's lineup — each event is separate.

Only the team captain can edit a lineup. If you are not the captain, you can view the lineup but you will not see the Edit Lineup option.

To edit a lineup

  1. Go to your event card and click the menu, then select Edit Lineup.

  1. Players currently In the Lineup are listed at the top with their role (Player or Coach) and a Remove button.

  2. Players Not in the Lineup are listed below with an Add button.

Removing a player

Click Remove next to their name to take them out of the lineup for that event.

This does not remove them from your team — it only removes them from this event's lineup. They can be added back, or added to a different event's lineup, at any time before that event's roster lock.

Adding a player

Click Add next to their name in the "Not in the Lineup" section to bring them in.

Assign their role (Player or Coach) using the Role dropdown.

Once you are happy with the lineup, click Update Lineup to save your changes.

If registration or roster lock has passed for that event, editing will no longer be available.
