How do I reset score or change score that was wrongly inputted on the bracket

During your tournament you may need to reset a match or change an incorrect score. Here's how you do this.

Resetting a match
Use the search bar on your bracket to find the specific match of the teams / players you're wanting to reset the match on.

Once you find the match, click on that match to open the match page view. Here you'll see the Change Score button in (red). Click Change Score button, then look to the bottom left of the match page and it will say "reset match" in (blue) click that. Now the match will be reset to 0-0 and you can click done to confirm the changes.

If utilizing Match Check-in, both players will have to check-in again in order to report scores properly. You should inform players to refresh their page and check-in again.

Changing Incorrect score
Use the search bar on your bracket to find the specific match of the teams / players you're wanting to change the match score on.

Once you find the match, click on that match to open the match page view. Here you'll see the Change Score button in (red). Click Change Score button, then look to the bottom left of the match page and it will say "reset match" in (blue) click that. Now the match will be reset to 0-0 and you can adjust the score accordingly to the correct team / player and then click done to confirm and save the changes.
