If you are having issues joining a tournament, please ensure to look at the contact section / tab of the tournament you're having the issue with and contact the tournament organizer listed under the contact details of that tournament. Also, some tournaments only allow players from certain countries to join and this will be listed on the Rules tab of the tournament overview page and only the tournament organizer can assist with that.
