Send us an email to support@battlefy.com and include the tournament link that you had an issue with the organizer, include details explaining your issues and provide screenshots or any proof you have of how the issue was handled or not handled. We'll review the information you send us.

Note: Battlefy does not administrate tournaments and cannot take any actions simply because you disagree with the organizer's decisions.  If an organizer is violating our terms of service, we will certainly contact that organization but we will not change scoring, provide prizing or change the organizer's results.
