Because the League of Legends Tournament Codes rely on the Riot API to function. If there are any issues with the API the codes may not generate or may not return results to us.  If you find this happening please email support@battlefy.com and include the link to the tournament that the codes are not working and we can investigate this issue. In the meantime, your players can still play by manually making lobbies and administrators reporting the score manually.  If you are comfortable with the players reporting their own scores, you can allow players to do so in the settings of the tournament.  Turning on Admin & Player scoring will always override Riot API results so only do this if you are sure the codes are not working.
