A user will see this error message whenever their EA Email or Real Name is missing from their ALGS registration data.

To correct this issue, the user will need to do the following:
Go to algs.ea.com
Log out of EA Account
Log back into EA Account
Return to Battlefy ALGS Portal
Click the dropdown on your name in the upper right, then click Refresh
If the error message still appears, please complete the following:
Go to algs.ea.com
Log into EA Account
Click on EA Account, then EA Account Settings
Under About Me, click Edit next to Basic Information
Add Real Name and press Save
Return to Battlefy ALGS Portal
Click the dropdown on your name in the upper right, then click Refresh
If the error disappears, then all is good.

If the error still persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
