A user will see this error message whenever they have linked an EA account that hasn't reached at least level 51. (EA's system won't recognize the account being level 50 until it has reached level 51)
To correct this issue, the user will need to double check they are linking the correct EA account they intend to participate on and verify it has been registered on algs.ea.com
Go to EA.com
Log into EA account
Check the Connections Tab
Verify the platform intended to compete on is connected to the EA account
Reminder: PC (EA App & Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S are the only supported platforms that can compete in the ALGS!
Return to the Battlefy ALGS Portal
Click the dropdown on your name in the upper right, then click Refresh
If the warning disappears, then all is good.
If the warning persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
