  1. How do I check when my matches are scheduled?

    1. Event dates and start times can be found at https://battlefy.com/nintendovs/splatoon3-north-american-league/

    2. On an event page, see the Schedule tab under Overview.

      1. Ladder - you must Search for an Opponent during the matchmaking window.

      2. Elimination - be ready to play as soon as the bracket starts and watch for Critical Notifications.

  2. How do I report match results?

    1. Click the "Report Score" button on the match page, then click "Report Score Game 1" and then choose the winner. Repeat this process with "Report Score Game 2" and if played "Report Score Game 3".

  3. What happens if my opponent doesn’t show up?

    1. There is a Match Check-in process. If your opponent is away after they checked in, Report a Match Issue, and an admin will assist you.

  4. What if a disconnect occurs?

    • Report a Match Issue, and an admin will assist you.

  5. What should I do if I enter the wrong score?

    1. Report a Match Issue, and an admin will assist you.

  6. Where can I see the tournament bracket or standings?

    1. On the event page, click brackets.

      1. Ladder - you will see the rankings on the bracket page

      2. Elimination - click the Standings button

  7. What should I do if I suspect my opponent is cheating?

    1. Collect any proof you have (screenshots / video), click Report a Match Issue, and an admin will assist you.

  8. How do I receive tournament alerts?

    1. To ensure you receive tournament day notifications navigate to https://battlefy.com/settings and ensure "I want sounds to play when new matches, and match checkins are ready." is enabled.

  9. Can I change my in-game name after I’ve registered?

    1. You must ensure your registration details are correct before the tournament begins.
