Can’t Find Your Tournament on Battlefy? Check Your Login Method

Updated over 7 months ago

Sometimes players return to Battlefy after registering for a tournament and notice that:

  • The tournament does not appear in their Joined Tournaments list, or

  • They notice a join button on the tournament page, or

  • They are unable to interact with their own match

👉 This usually happens because the player logged in with a different method than the one used during registration.

Why This Happens

Battlefy allows login through multiple methods:

  • Email & Password

  • Google

  • Electronic Arts (EA)

  • Battle.net

  • Apple

  • Facebook

  • Twitter / X

  • VKontakte

If you originally registered for the tournament using, for example, Email login, but later return and log in with Google, Battlefy may create a separate account. This new account will not show your previous tournament registrations.

How to Fix It

  1. Remember how you logged in during registration.

    • Did you type in your email and password?

    • Or did you click "Log in with Google" or another provider?

  2. Always use the same login method.

    • If you registered via Email, use Email every time.

    • If you registered via Google, use Google every time.

  3. Check your Team Hub again.

    • If you log in correctly, you should see the tournament.

Important Tip

If you are unsure which account you used:

  • Check your confirmation emails from Battlefy (they will go to the email tied to the correct account).

  • Try logging out and back in with different methods until you see your registered tournaments.

By following these steps, you’ll make sure you always access the correct Battlefy account and see your tournament registrations.
