Welcome to the ePremier League!
This guide will help you through the steps required to register, and also to play through online tournaments.
To begin your registration from the portal (https://e.premierleague.com/) you may either select Register Now on the home page or browse through the available clubs and register from the club page. You must select a club to represent throughout the tournament, and this cannot be changed.
Once you begin registration please make sure to read all documentation and fill out all of the required fields. Note that you can register for one or more tournaments on your initial registration. You may also register for more tournaments later if you do not select all tournaments when you first register. Once you have completed your registration you will be directed back to the club page.
Once you have completed registration, and are back on the club page, you will see some new information and a button that will take you to the tournament page.
On Game Day
In this section, you’ll be guided through the tournament experience, where we’ll show you everything you need to know to play your tournament matches on Battlefy.
If you are using your mobile device to access Battlefy. You will find the sections shown on the following pages under the “Play” button at the bottom of the tournament page.
Navigate to the Tournament Page
The Tournament Page is where you should be for the duration of the tournament.
Prepare for the Tournament
You must arrive on the tournament page and verify your registration fields are correct.
All critical tournament information will be displayed on the tournament page, so make sure to stay on it for the duration of the tournament
After check-in is closed, there will be a few minutes delay as all the brackets are seeded. This can take several minutes depending on which bracket you are placed in.
Please be patient during this time.
Once you have been seeded into a bracket you will get a match notification. Press the Go to Match button on it and you will be taken directly to your match page.
Once you are at your match page you will see an "I'm Ready" button and a timer. Pressing this will set you as ready for the match and alert your opponent that you are ready. If your opponent does not ready up before the timer runs out then the system will automatically give them a loss and move you forward.
Once both players are ready, you should add each other in-game. You can use the Battlefy Match Chat to communicate with your opponent or directly with Tournament Administrators if you have an issue (see below.)
After you've played the game
Now that you've beaten your opponent and taken a screenshot of your victory screen, you will want to click the "Report Score" button on the match page, then click "Report Score Game 1" and then choose the winner.
You will repeat this step after game 2 has concluded.
The system will then move the winner onto the next match and you repeat this process again.
If you have a problem with your match
Select Report Match Issue on the Match Page to notify admins
Communicate with admins via the match chat on the Match Page
Admins will arrive shortly to resolve your issue, please wait in the match chat for them to arrive
Please also be aware of any special instructions or information. These will appear in the "Round Details" box and may include instructions for your match or for the tournament as a whole. For example, after some rounds of play, the bracket may pause until day two, in which case you may see instructions not to continue playing.
After the tournament has concluded please be aware that the standings on the tournament page only reflect bracket standings. The overall leaderboard with the points you have earned will be displayed back on the portal.
