During Tournament Creation for Team Based events, organizers may choose to select the Free Agents option as the Tournament Format.
This option allows for a player to register for an event without being part of a team. They will go through a special registration process and be placed as a Free Agent.
During the registration, the player may inform the organizer they wish to be a captain, which may be important based on your event rules.
Managing Free Agents and Teams
Participants set as Free Agents don't have access to any teams and cannot be included in the bracket until the organizer assigns them to a team.
This can be done through the Manage Page of the Tournament, specifically in the Participants Section
The Draft Tab will allow you to freely drag and drop Free Agents to any already existing team created by players, or teams you may have manually created for the Free Agents
