Participating in select tournaments awards players with Experience Based on their performance in the event.

Upon reaching a new level, accounts will receive strongboxes with customization options for their Battlefy Avatar. Both the Strongboxes and Customization options can be found by clicking on your avatar icon and then Profile>Customize:

​Requests will be reviewed by a support staff member who will enable the feature if your organization already has a significant amount of tournaments run and no outstanding complaints from players.
