During an ALGS Challenger Circuit weekend, have you come across a ⚠️ icon that says you or a teammate is banned from the ALGS and you do not know what to do or who to contact?

Unfortunately, Battlefy does not have the details as to why you or a teammate were banned. However, the banned player can reach out to ALGS@ea.com via email for more information. EA does not reply immediately but will eventually with an explanation on why you were banned and how long that ban is in effect.
