Some Battlefy Features, such as the Ladder and FFA brackets, currently exist as beta features and are not available to every organizer by default.

To request access to Beta Features, you must be an administrator or owner of the organization running events and provide us the organization link and description of how you plan to run your events with the Beta Feature. That can be done either via email to support@battlefy.com or by messaging us via Intercom.

If you do email us, please make sure to do so from the same email account associated with your Battlefy Account.
Each request is reviewed individually and enabling the features on your organization is up to the Support Team's discretion.
