Manually creating and adding Participants to your Tournament is possible through the Manage Page of your event.

That said, here are a few notes regarding manually added Participants:
Any added participants are created only as a vanity change. It will not associate Battlefy Accounts from players to your event.
Participants added manually do not have any access to Battlefy features, such as check-in or match page chat and score submission.
Participants added manually will not have any custom field information assigned to them.
Adding Participants
Navigate to the Tournament Page of your event.
Click "Manage" and then access the "Participants" section
On the right side of the page, you will be able to Add Players (1v1 Events) or Teams (Team Based Events). Fill in the Participant Name and then click the Red Button to confirm.
To add members to teams, you will instead search for the team you wish to change, click the edit button next to their player number, add a player, and confirm.
