When joining as a team with more members than what the tournament permits, you will be able, in most cases, to manage your roster for that event. You can manage your roster by using the Roster tab before tournament check-in/start.

Please note that your Roster is composed of the players that were part of your team at the moment you joined the tournament. If you add more players to your team, you will need to re-register to the tournament before they can be shown as an inactive members of your roster in a given tournament.

Tournament Rosters are very important and most organizers will only considers your active Roster as your team, so if you have a team with several more members than what the tournament allows you to have, please make sure to update your roster accordingly to show the members that will participate. Inactive members are not part of your submitted roster.
