Some special Battlefy tournaments may have discord account linking as part of their method of contact. This can be recognized on the contact tab of a tournament page, as there will be a special UI with the option to link your account if you have not already and join the tournament support discord server.

You may also navigate to https://battlefy.com/settings?currentTab=connections to link your discord account in advance of any of these tournaments.

Tournaments that have this feature enabled will require you to link your discord account to receive proper roles in the tournament support server. These roles typically will unlock access to necessary channels for tournament support, announcements, and other important information related to the tournament.

It is very important to link the correct discord account to your Battlefy account, otherwise you will not receive proper roles. When linking your account make sure you are logged in to the correct account. When accessing discord on browser you may be given a temporary account if you do not log in to your primary account.
