Changing organization ownership is easy.

All the organization owner needs to do is send over a quick ticket or email to our support team (support@battlefy.com), providing us with the following;

Once we receive this, our trusty support team will verify the request is from the legitimate owner before then processing the change as soon as possible.

This change will not remove the former owner from the org, it will leave them with admin level permissions. For more information about adding or removing a person from an org please check out this guide here.

Note: we are unable to facilitate any org ‘takeovers’, i.e, forcefully assisting in the ownership change without the original owner's consent.
