Some times you will need to report a score for the players. If it is not yet reported follow the steps below.
Step 1
Go to the Match Page, either from the Bracket listing or from a Match Dispute.
The Match Page includes details for the match, such as Round#, Match# Team Name, Player In-game names, screenshots of proof from players. Click on the Change Score button to continue.
Step 2
Next click on Report Game 1 Score and enter the results. Do this for each game necessary for your match type.
Important: You can also set the score at the Match level if you don't have individual game stats to record. Make sure to enter the correct score for the "best of" format your match is set to. For example, if your match is a best of 3, then your score must be 2-0 or 2-1. If you enter 3-0, you will get an error.
If the players have already reported a score and you need to change it, press the Report Score button and then at the bottom left, click the Reset link in order to set the match back to the beginning. If you had match check-in turned on, they will need to both check-in again in order for them to report their own scores or you can follow the steps above to do it for them.
