If you have any questions or concerns about a tournament you are participating in, please ensure to look at the contact section / tab of the tournament you're having the issue with and contact the tournament organizer listed under the contact details of that tournament.
Battlefy Support team can not make any changes to an event/admin decision as it is up to the organizer to make those decisions.
