If you have any questions or concerns about a tournament you are participating in, please ensure to look at the contact section / tab of the tournament you're having the issue with and contact the tournament organizer listed under the contact details of that tournament.

It is the responsibility of the tournament organizer to determine the outcome of a match based on the details surrounding the issue. If they feel that the site acted incorrectly, then they should reach out to us with the tools they have and provide all of the information necessary. Organizers have the tools to be able to reset matches and decide whether the score on a match is correct. Battlefy site does not force any kind of rulings on an organizer as our site is developed with being as flexible as possible for organizers.
