Users may see this error on https://register.battlefieldesports.com/ when submitting their registration for the BF6 REDSEC S4 Cash Cups:
This is commonly caused by the First Name or Last Name field being empty or containing characters other than standard English letters, such as accented characters, non-Latin characters, or special characters.
To correct this issue, the user will need to do the following:
Go to register.battlefieldesports.com
Log into the EA Account
Click the Register button
Fill out all fields
Reminder: Enter First & Last Name in plain English
No special characters
Return to battlefy.com/battlefield and Create or Join a team
If the error persists, contact a Battlefy Admin by clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of this page so it can be looked into further.
