However, the banned player should have received an email from ALGS@EA.com, if they did not, they can email ALGS@EA.com.
This email will explain the reason for the ban, the duration of the ban, and the expected unbanning date (where applicable).
Please note that this is an ALGS ban, not an in-game ban. Therefore, a banned player may still be able to play the game.
Do NOT contact EA Help, as they do not have any information regarding ALGS bans.
